THE CUFF LINKS
<Musicians> The brainchild of Pat Rizzo (formerly of Joey Dee and the Starliters), the Cuff Links were a studio group featuring Ron Dante, lead singer of the
Archies. Rizzo had recruited songwriters Paul Vance and Lee Pockriss who had previously composed hits for Perry Como ("Catch A Falling Star") and Brian
Hyland ("Itsy Bitsy Teenie Weenie Yellow Polkadot Bikini").
In 1999 because of the great fascination with 60's & 70's music, and his personal interest in The Cuff Links, singer/songwriter Michael "Valentine"
Ubriaco ("Walk Away Girl") obtained the touring rights and revitalized the group. United with acclaimed keyboardist/musical director Tommy Bitondo and
a select group of hand picked musicians they have steadily gained notoriety and admiration from audiences as they recreate the magic that originally
brought The Cuff Links to worldwide popularity.

BUBBLEGUM BONANZA
<Musicians>
The
Bubblegum
Bonanza
is a show comprised of four of the very best Bubblegum acts of the
60’s & 70’s. The four acts consist of, Ron Dante
of the Archie’s and Cufflinks, The 1910
Fruitgum Company, The Ohio Express, and Bo Donaldson
and The Heywood’s. These super acts are responsible for
the phenomenon known as the bubblegum craze. It was a time when the
Viet Nam war was escalating, there was unrest in the nation and
protest was prevalent in our society. It is at this very time that
these acts and a few others gave birth to that unique sound called
Bubblegum. The lyrics were happy and bouncy and everyone understood
and sang along to them. The style of this music spawned dozens of
acts that even today are considered bubblegum acts. This package
show, put together by Ron Dante, will ensure a great time for
everyone. It is human nature that everyone wants to feel good and be
happy. This show certainly will deliver happy memories and a great
time for all.
